The ADEPT Automates Potentiometric Measurements Using a Microfluidic card connected to an Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) Sensor Array We combined a low noise multichannel electrometer with the ADEPT pneumatic control instrument for sequential testing of an ISE sensor array to measure Na+, K+, and pH using an external reference. The test system includes an 8-channel ADEPT instrument with the electrometer housed in a shielded box.
